Within PCB the path to the footprint libraries may point to drive D: The solution is: Open the PCB file, remove the libraries from the library list and then add them again from the proper drive C: (Don't forget to save your file). The same for libraries within Schematic. When there are graphics (.gif .bmp etc.) on a schematic sheet or template you also need to rename the path to the proper location on drive C: I hope this will resolve your problem.
