If I remember well (currently I'm not working within P99SE), 
you can find a field in the Part Description dialog of the 
SCHLib-Editor where you can specify a sheet part path for 
this symbol.
If you do it this way you are restricted to ports 
connectivity for your hierarchy (no global net labelling 
possible). Due I personally prefer global net labelling I 
never really used this feature.
