You can create these in a few minutes. You can pull the existing icons into paint and change the numbers, and put the new icons back with the rest of them. Then, you use the big down arrow on the left of the toolbar and select customize. You create new place power port symbol entries into the menu, set the string to be +3V or -2.5V and point to your new icons in a box below, and you should have your new menu items. Doing some ECL?
