Potter & Brumfield is one of the many companies swallowed up by Tyco (I've been told that Tyco means: Take Your Company Over). But I don't see the V23092 listed in any of the literature in my older (1997) catalogs or online at http://relays.tycoelectronics.com/datasheets/pc.stm. You might double check your part number or give them a call.
