QualECAD View3D (www.qualecad.com) interfaces well with Pro-Engineer.
3D component models created in Pro-Engineer are imported into View3D/Protel  via
VRML.
The board substrate, component locations and mounting holes are exported back out to
Pro-Engineer via IDF.
