Sure, but they are only visual indicators, not intelligent wires. Use the
"Place-DrawingTools-Line" and you can draw dashed lines all day. When you
start the first segment, press tab and change the line style to "Dashed". As
you place, it will look solid, but when you're done, they will be dashed.
