With Protel open to a .ddb and Documents tab selected, choose "New PCB Document", then select "Wizards" tab. This will allow you to generate a standard card in several formats. You'll want the AT card, either long or short.
The Schematic symbol may be available, but I wasn't able to find it quickly. But it's easy to build, and most people like to use a favorite presentation.
