I had this chat with the lady from protel today as I ordered DXP and ATS
a day before the announcement.
The meaning is, if you paid for ATS you can dial in and ask a question, 
whereas without ATS, you have to fax or email the question.

>From my experience, since the knowledgeable persons are busy with
schoolings for individuals, companies or the like, they are not available
by phone anyway, so having ATS or not is about the same.

I just wondered when I got this sealed letter today. It should contain ATS,
and I can open it or not. And if I open it, I have to act within 24 hours.
