Perhaps the best explaination is the one given by Nick Martin himself:

"nVisgage is a subset of Protel DXP so all DXP users will receive any new
nVisage technology (VHDL Sim etc - see the website for details) in the next
service pack of Protel DXP."

"nVisgage can be viewed as the platform for Protel DXP if that helps !!"
