Yes, he's the one that would fall off of his tricycle, and one of his alternate characters was the German Gestapo Comandant with the Monical (almost like Col. Klink on Hogans Heroes except with a helmet instead of a hat), where all he ever did was puff on his cigarette, squint his eyes, look into the camera, and say "verrrrry entereststink!"
