One other thing to note and remember is that, in the absence of any other
specific rules, the Polygon Clearance will default to the default "whole
board" clearence in effect at the time that the Polygon Plane was "poured".

This means that if you change your default clearences for any reason, and
then "repour" a Polygon Plane, the clearence between the Plane and other
nets will change to the default clearence in effect at the time of the
"repour".
