A full version of ELECTRA is 3k, a full version of SPECTRA can be upwards of 45K. With the exception of matched lengths and pairs, the ELECTRA router will do anything Specta can. I am begging ELECTRA to come out with paired routing.

Paired routing should not be terribly difficult, if the router allows specification of trace size and via size by net. Essentially, an algorithm for paired routing could simply consider the pair as a single fat trace. It would not be completely efficient, but vias for the pair could likewise be larger to leave room for two normal vias. Then, the fat trace and large vias would be replaced with the pair of traces and via pairs.
