The + and - buttons on the key board do that for me by default.

I put this buttons for
TopSignal = Toggle TopOverlay = Toggle Mechanical3 = Toggle // My Mechanical Top Layer
BottomSignal = Toggle BottomOverlay = Toggle Mechanical4 = Toggle // My Mechanical Bottom Layer
And two buttons for "Top Layer Set" and "Bottom Layer Set"
This made layer switching much more convenient.
