Juha, Use find similar objects to get the query started, then make changes from there.
(ObjectKind = 'Pad') And (HoleDiameter > '3') This is based on the FSO query. IsPad And (HoleDiameter > '40') This also works. IsPad And (HoleSize > '40') And that too.
