I was curious, thought I'd share. .java files in DFS/ only (Core Tranche repository): Found 708 Java source files with 196477 lines of code. .java, .jsp, .html and .js in DFS/ and ProteomeCommons.org-Tranche/: Found 1150 source files with 241951 lines of code.
If we counted other repositories, have over 250K lines code w/ documentation.
