Cetatenii vor avea acces la informatiile produse de institutiile publice, în
baza unei solicitari scrise si contra unei taxe, potrivit proiectului Legii
privind reutilizarea informatiilor din institutiile publice, adoptat recent de
guvern. Conform proiectului de lege, institutiile publice pot stabili taxe
pentru serviciile de reutilizare a documentelor, însa acestea nu vor putea
depasi costurile provenite din pregatirea documentelor si furnizarea
informatiei.
