To make different RPC implementations based on Protocol Buffers
compatible with each other, they must use the same method of data
serialization. However, it's not the case for RPC service fields like
method name or message id:

Java project Protorcp uses one specificaton (http://
protorpc.likbilen.com/Protorpcdocprotobuf.html),
Python protobuf-rpc uses another (http://protobuf-rpc.googlecode.com/
svn/trunk/protocol/pbrpc.proto)

The common point is that both use Protocol Buffers and some proto to
serialize the service fields.

Since PB are used inside Google for RPC, is it possible to publish the
Google's variant of RPC serialization? It may become the standard, and
all implementations would be compatible.
