I'm sold on the Protocol Buffer concept but I'd like some advice on the RPC implementation to use.
I'm mandated to use some Java SOA components from my existing C++ App. Currently, I'm doing C++ to C++ IPC with Microsoft RPC. The other primary requirement is speed. In addition it would be great if the solution was not limited to Windows.... Any advice would be appreciated.
