The source is fully available, so feel free to look at how it hangs
together; you'll need to get your own VSIP key, of course.

If you figure that one out, let me know - I'm currently cheating by
using Process.Start (twice, in fact; once within protogen to compile
the .proto to binary,and once within the Custom Tool - but that is
largely due to some hefty issues with the "load context"; I'll blog
about these in a day or so...)
