New issue 159 by docent: 2.3.0 build fails under QNX fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit $QNX_HOST/etc/qcc/gcc/4.3.3/default and change CONF=gcc_ntox86 to
CONF=gcc_ntox86_gpp to use g++ standard library
2. CXX=QCC ./configure
3. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: build succeeds
Actual:

declared in this scope

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Protocol Buffers 2.3.0, QNX 6.4.1, x86

Please provide any additional information below.
#include <sys/select.h> is missing. Patch attached.
