I have been working on this c# code generating Protocol Buffers
implementation for a while and now I dare to announce it.

It is a command line tool that generates standalone c# code from a
.proto file.
My goal was to have simple serializing code in case I had to debug it
and easier integration when adding serializing features to existing
classes.
I would be happy if it got included on the Third Party page
