New issue 346 by binc...@gmail.com: Python: expecting 0L, but the default value of uint64 field is 0
http://code.google.com/p/protobuf/issues/detail?id=346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define a proto with uint64 field:
    optional uint64 ExpireTime = 11;
2. Create python object of this proto. But don't set value to ExpireTime
3. time = protoObj.ExpireTime

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
time should be 0L but acctually is 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
protobuf-2.3.0-1
python-protobuf-2.3.0-1
protobuf-devel-2.3.0-1

Please provide any additional information below.
