Hi, I'd like to know which are the best options to validate if the received message has been corrupted or not. I thought that maybe the parsing might be a good solution, since it would fail if the data has been altered, but from what I've read this might not be the case.
Mi first approach is to add a checksum to the message and then just validate that the received checksum is the same as the one calculated from the message content. But this means that I need to parse the input stream or bytes in order to access the content and the checksum. Am I missing something here? What is the best way to add a checksum to the message?
