I request that the java functions ParseDelimitedFrom & writeDelimitedTo are
mirrored in c++ implementations.
These functions can be hand rolled by using WriteVarint32 and CodedStream
however I would prefer not to have to recreate these functions for every
project that uses protocol buffers.
