The problem seemed to be that when i call the message copy constructor, it loses its descriptor. I do not know why it works fine on the first parse though...

The same thing happens when you call pMessage->subMessage() to get the const subMessage, but works fine when you get the pointer with pMessage->mutable_subMessage().
