New issue 570 by [email protected]: build 2.4.1 failed on mac os x 10.9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when run make then it failed
2. after i edit the google/protobuf/message.h file and added #include
<sstream> it become ok when I run make again
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
