New issue 582 by chowtins...@gmail.com: package name evaluated as enum instance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create one proto containing one enum instance with the same name as package name
2.generate java file from that proto file
3.get compile error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-- compile error, package name is mistakenly evaluated as enum instance

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-- protoc 2.5.0

Please provide any additional information below.
-- sample proto to reproduce this issue

   enum {
     TEST = 0;
