New issue 635 by dmitrinesteruk: Min and max not defined under Windows/Intel C++

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try compiling using Intel C++ compiler (64-bit, either debug or release)
2. It fails complaining that min/max is not defined

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should compile.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Visual Studio 2013, Intel Parallel Studio XE

Please provide any additional information below.
I've had to change every instance of `min` to `__min` (and likewise for `max`) to get it to compile.
