Is the developer documentation
(https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/) available to download and
build locally. I'm asking because I'd like to have it available locally
when I design, develop, discuss with colleagues (and not always connected
to Internet). I'm currently particularly interested in the Developer Guide
(https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/overview).

I also wonder if Google has published the tools used to build the
documentation site (if they don't do it manually?)?

Sorry if the above questions are stupid. I've spent some time trying to
google the answer, and I've checked the source code, but I cannot find any
documentation source (apart from the API docs ofc).
