I spent quite some time figuring out how to flush OstreamOutputStream 
because there is no Flush() method like in FileOutputStream. I finally 
realize that the only way to flush it is to delete it.

It would be nice if this is mentioned somewhere in the document.  Just a 
suggestion :)
