Surely that suggests that anyone who's dependent on the content and format 
of the DebugString() is _wrong_, and if it changes, it's their problem for 
relying on it in the first place? Hence the 'disruptive' aspect should be 
limited to those who're misusing DebugString in the first place? :-)
