Hi Protobuf Users!

I have recently been working on using Protobuf for a recent project, and
wanted to document all my code elements (as shown in the docs
<https://protobuf.dev/programming-guides/proto3/#adding-comments>).

Immediately this felt quite repetitive and slow, so I wanted to build an
autodoc generator (similar to something like this
<https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=njpwerner.autodocstring>).
I wanted to gauge if any other users would find a VSCode tool like this
useful or if something already exists 😀

I can share more details on what I was thinking if people are interested!

Thanks,
Vincent
