When restoring an SSL connection between a client and a server, OpenSSL offers
a mechanism that avoids the overhead of performing a complete handshake. See
http://www.openssl.org/docs/ssl/SSL_CTX_set_session_cache_mode.html
Proton should offer an API to allow use of this feature.
