This is a request to add the capability to set Messenger routes automatically
on Messenger startup. Where the routes come from may be platform-specific
(i.e. environment variables, configuration files, registries, network-based
lookup, etc.).
The desire is to allow Messenger applications to be wholly unaware of the route
mappings that come from other sources.
