I agree, it's on my TODO list but I'm afraid I've been distracted on other
non-Qpid stuff and I probably won't be able to think about this for a few weeks.
One thing - I'm thinking that upon reflection qpid-proton is unlikely to be the
best package name and that qpid-proton-messenger is likely to be better, the
reason being that there's discussion around another reactive API based on the
core proton Engine, so it's better to make the current package name more
specific around messenger.
