Justin Ross commented on PROTON-808: ------------------------------------ I'll give it a try. I was hopeful install_rpath_use_link_path would work--strange. We should still decide whether it's a good idea at all. I like it from a user standpoint (that is, the default locates the library the user almost always wants), but Andrew had reason to think it was a bad idea. And Fedora strips rpaths from its rpm installed binaries. > Binaries have their library locations stripped > ---------------------------------------------- > > Key: PROTON-808 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-808 > Project: Qpid Proton > Issue Type: Bug > Components: proton-c > Reporter: Justin Ross > > 1.
