Just as an update...

The resulting crash was resolved via PROTON-976 updating the frame
handling, with PROTON-975 remaining open to cover the original SASL
issue using DIGEST-MD5 that brought it to light.

Since the SASL work is one of the major features in the release I'm
waiting a bit to see if we can get that issue fixed, however there are
many other major and minor changes in the release that folks are
waiting on so I'm also very keen to progress and get a release out.
I'm thinking that I will spin RC2 on Monday, and if the SASL fix
doesnt make it we can turn around a quick 0.10.1 with that and any
other appropriate fixes in it.
