JSCP (Javascript Client Page) is a lightweight library based on Prototype. I wrote it months ago, just put it on sourceforget.net(https:// sourceforge.net/projects/jscpage/). Because of sourceforge's problem, currently i can not upload html web pages, so you can only download release file, see doc and samples.
Jscp is so tiny and very useful, by moving the last rendering work from server-side to browser-side, in theory you can entirely stop using .rhtml in rails (actually this is what i did in my recent project) and view models in other langeuages like PHP, ASP, JSP, etc. Jscp is not conflict with other ajax technologies, it's on bottom layer of them. Currently no one know Jscp, I believe it is very useful and hope it could be widely used, can any one of core development team have an evaluation ? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Prototype: Core" group.
