OS Info:
This isn't something most people need.  Roll your own!

Other browsers:
Prototype supports a specific set of browsers; and does not include  
specific support for other browsers (these will get the standardized  
DOM treatment). That's why there are no further tests included. The  
given tests are most usable if you're doing your own widgets and for  
add-on authors that also target the same browsers as Prototype does.
