I don't know if such a file exists yet, but if it's the case it is not supported by Core. I guess it could easilly be generated as soon as PDoc (http:// pdoc.org) inline documentation will be included in Prototype's source code. You might want to try http://groups.google.com/group/prototype-scriptaculous , as this group is reserved for core development.
