> Are you logged in as an administrator? I am indeed, and that file is being created in the temp directory associated with my account, which in theory I'd be able to read/write to regardless. Early on, as a test, I created a different directory with a short path with no spaces and that I have "full control" permissions to and pointed TEMP/TMP at it instead.
