Are you literally embedding a form tag within another form tag? If so,
be careful. I ran into some issues where IE refuses the setting of
innerHTML on elements within nested form tags. I think this may also
be against the html spec. Is there not some way you can simplify?
Overriding Form.Methods#serialize is not desirable.
