Hmm, thanks for the help kangax.  I completely forgot about
relatedTarget.  I was able to use that to get this to do what I
wanted.

One note though, the first part of the if statement will cause the
logic to fail if the user leaves in internal div or other area really
fast.  However, simply checking for the null relatedTarget seems to
have done the trick.
