Is there a way to do:

x = new PeriodicalExecuter(function() {console.log('hello')}, 5)

x.frequency = 1;

.... ? It sets the value but the frequency doesn't change...

I thought maybe stopping the executer and then starting it again might
be the answer, especially since the prototype docs say that you can
stop it with .stop() and start it with .start.. However, that doesn't
seem to work for me..

x.start() gives me:
TypeError: x.start is not a function { message="x.start is not a
function",  more...}
