To my knowledge, the "file" input type cannot be ajaxed in the
strictest sense. However, there are some tools out there that provide
a decent dynamic upload interface. Unfortunately i don't know names at
the moment. The underlying mechanism is an IFRAME dressed up to look
like the rest of your form. The only other solution is a plugin-based
solution like Flash.
