Here is the main change since psad 2.1.5:

 A new file /etc/default/psad allows the user to specify arguments to pass to
 psad when invoking through the initscript. This way, you can define a
 configuration file to override the default settings.

If you are currently running psad-2.1.6~svn.pre3-2, the changes are minor.
