Ordinarily you'd have to read the datasheet, discover that the package
is a narrow ssop24 and then find that in a manufacturer drawing, or
possibly an IPC document, verify that the package you found was actually
the right package, and go from there.

In this case it's considerably easier, see LTC4007-f datasheet p23. They
have the case outline and even a recommended solder land pattern.
