Window->Preferences->General ->Keys
All the key bindings are listed there, and you can add your own.
Look for 'Open Declaration', you'll see it is bound to F3.

If you select the declaration in an editor and right-click, you'll see a
menu of choices
and key-bindings as well.

Eclipse has a good built-in help system, Help->search is frequently useful.
