Hi Maria!

The committee has decided to fund Portland State Aerospace Society at
$2,868.  We zero funded the line item you originally had the
registration under and moved that fee to the line item of conference
registration.  We changed conference reg. to $400 to reflect the
quotes you provided us with and  and allocated $300 for
repairs/maintenance.  We funded rocket parts at the requested amount
of $1,800.

Okay, and now the complicated part for me to try to type out.  But let
me give it a shot! We zero funded the $500 in designated reserve
because this was what the committee decided to do during initial
deliberations since we were confused as to why this amount wasn't
under conference registration.  We put it into the reserve because we
wanted to make sure it was under the correct line item.  You cleared
that up during appeals when you explained that your former liaison had
advised you to not put it there.  So, we zeroed that sum of money in
the reserve (well actually we zeroed the sum of $400 to reflect the
correct price) and then put $400 under conference registration.

I hope that made at least a little bit of sense! It was sort of
complicated to explain.
