Here's my suggestions: Memorial Day weekend OR May 29-31 (pick a date). Memorial Day weekend pros: - It's a 3-day weekend, so we'll have plenty of time to get out and get back - Can get more people to come Memorial Day weekend cons: - Some people may already have plans - Might be too soon yet? 5/29 Weekend pros: - It's before dead week, so people haven't started studying for finals yet - Halfway between the original options (5/17 and 6/21) 5/29 Weekend cons: - Can't think of anything right now, but I'm sure there's gotta be something...
